Big Summer Plans

We made a list yesterday of a whole bunch of fun and inexpensive things we can do close to home this summer.

Bowling (through the Kids Bowl Free program)Makerspace at the downtown public library, besides borrowing lots of books and moviesOutdoor swimming at Millcreek (we have a few prepaid visits left over from last summer)Biking
Hiking in the river valleyCanoeing on the riverSplash Parks, including the Legislature Grounds

We also bought the 2015 Edmonton Attractions Pass which allows us one-time admission to each of the following:

Muttart ConservatoryK-Days (Although ride tickets will be extra)Valley ZooTelus World of Science Jurassic ForestPrairie GardensUkrainian VillageRoyal Alberta MuseumWEM Marine LifeArt GalleryAviation MuseumDevonian GardensCastrol Raceway

We could also go to Fort Edmonton though, strangely, admission is not included in the Edmonton Attractions Pass.  And our big splurge will be tickets to the Folk Music Fest in August for J and me, since kids under 12 are free.

So much to do, so little summer to do it in!
