J hasn't been feeling well for a few days so I wanted to make something to tempt his taste buds. Yellow tomatoes, red Campari tomatoes, brined olives, red onions, fresh basil and parsley, an orange bell pepper, Persian cucumbers, cubed fresh feta and a splash of olive oil = Greek Salad.
We had some Greek pita in the fridge, so I made a little mixture of olive oil, sea salt and grated garlic to brush on. Toasted in the oven and sliced into wedges. J loved it. :)
