Probiotics Plenty

Trying something new - pickled garlic!  This recipe is just to fill the jar with peeled garlic, then fill half with honey, half with apple cider vinegar.  The small jar has chile flakes and rosemary added to it.  Then let it ferment for a few weeks.  

My goal is to get our tummies full of good bacteria and have no one get sick this winter!  I think I can convince the kids to eat sauerkraut.  They already love the homemade yogurt.  But the pickled garlic will likely be an adult condiment, at least at this house!
