The beginnings of Sweet Cherry Wine, vintage 2014! The yeast has been added to the Primary container, the cherries are inside the DIY cheesecloth you see in the photo. Now I need to stir every day until it reaches the right alcohol level. I'm following the recipe one small step at a time. Now that's got to be a first!
